William KELLEY Obituary
Leon was a 1970 graduate of Huntington High School and following his secondary education, he served in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant. He received an honorable discharge after four years of service. He was a friendly and outgoing person, who loved to keep you laughing and telling jokes. Leon enjoyed life to the fullest. He was also willing to take his nieces and nephews to school because they had missed the bus.
He will be truly missed by all.
Left to cherish his loving memory are his wife, Cleo; two sons, Avery and Cleon; granddaughter Amaya; two brothers, Leroy Jr. and Robert; one sister, Deborah; two godchildren, Chavela and John John; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Viewing will be held from noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel, 1601-27th St. NN,VA 23607. Funeral services will be held at noon Thursday, May 6, at the chapel. Interment will follow in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, Va. To the Kelley Family: It was with great sadness to hear of the passing of Moon!! A beautiful spirit rested in this Brotha!! Always a peaceful and fair person!! May the Lord Jesus Christ give you Comfort and a Peace beyond all understanding!!!
