As Boyd's obit observed, though she left no physical offspring, Boyd left us her gift of literature thrugh her work for the Press and her well researched articles that were memorable introductions to area celebrities. Her garden parties brought people together from different social worlds enriching the lives of all her guests. Boyd's parties had no program, they just offered . the opportunity to chat and enjoy refreshments and, of course, smell the roses. For all she did, for the great person she ws, for all she meant to so many of us, Boyd Zenner will be missed.
