Christopher Kelly Jones Christopher Kelly Jones, 42, of Charlottesville, died on Saturday, May 10, 2014, at a local hospital. Born on November 30, 1971, in Charlottesville, he was the son of Larry and Janice Gibson Jones. In addition to his parents, Kelly is survived by three children, Kiersten Jones, Katelyn Jones and Steven Jones; two sisters, Tracy Jones and her special friend, Lee Montgomery, and Laurie Jones and her fiance, Will Quillon; one grandchild, Jahvon Banks; a niece, Danielle Dorman; and a nephew, Deke Jones. He leaves behind a host of loving family members. The family would like to say thank you to the doctors, nurses, and all the units at the University of Virginia Medical Center, especially the Transplant Team, and all of Kelly's friends for the love and support during his life. A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, May 19, 2014, at 2 p.m. at the Teague Chapel. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends the hour prior to the service at Teague Funeral Home. Friends may sign the guest register at teaguefuneralhome.com.
