My heart goes out to the family. I worked with Shelby many years at UVA and watched Christopher grow up to be a respectful young man. Praying for comfort during these last days.

Ward family, I had the privilege of coaching Chris in football and baseball at CHS. I am deeply saddened to learn of his passing. I would see Chris at baseball games and we always talked about the past and his " ball players ". I will miss running into Chris. I offer my condolences and prayers to you all.
