Cockrell Sue Obituary
Jeanette Sue Cockrell, 53,of Charlottesville, passed away peacefully at Martha Jefferson Hospital on Friday June 3,2016. She was born January 9,1963, to Sidney and Hazel Cole.She is survived by her only daughter Mary Beth Yowell; her partner, John Jones; granddaughter, Addison Joneswho was her pride and joy; as well as her two beloved dogs, Cookie and Mollie. In addition,Sue had many friends whomshe loved dearly including her best friend, Grace Woody.Sue enjoyed the beach, music,gardening, and spending time with her closest friends and family especially her granddaughter.The family will receive close friends and family at Hill & Wood Funeral Homeon Friday, June 10, 2016, at 2 p.m. for a small ceremony. Flowers are welcome or contributions can be made to the ALS Association.
