After which he returned to work in the family business at Crenshaw Auto Repair, Northside Golf and Carwash, and Transportation Rental for his entire career. Doug was a member of Laurel Hill Baptist Church on Airport Rd since 1972. He was also a member of the Charlottesville Elks Lodge, BPOE 389 on Elk Dr for the last 33 years. After working with the public for so many years and as an avid UVA sports fan, Doug met many people, made many friends and never met a stranger. He will be greatly missed by all.
