Elnora Williams Obituary
She graduated from historic Jefferson High School in Charlottesville, Va., and was employed at the University of Virginia Medical Center for many years. 'EL" loved traveling, fellowship with countless friends and enjoyed sports, especially the Washington Commanders and the University of Virginia. She was a devoted member of Zion Union Baptist Church and the Rivanna Elks Lodge #195.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Mary F. McQueen of Charlottesville, Teresa Williams of Baltimore, and Patricia Canty (John) of Randallstown, Md.; special-son, Arthur Taylor of Fredericksburg. Va.; grandsons, Tai Thompson Jr. (Deni) and Brandon Thompson (Capri), both of Maryland; beloved sister, Elizabeth A. Taylor of Charlottesville. Va.; devoted nephews, Charles 'Alex-Zan'Alexander and Welford'Boss'Brown of Charlottesville. Va.; devoted niece, Lucy Plowden-Whitfield of Maryland; and a host of other relatives, and extended family members on Page St. will never be the same without the 'Good El'.
A walk-through viewing will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022, from 12 until 6 p.m., at J.F. Bell Funeral Home Chapel.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at Zion Union Baptist Church at 1 p.m. She will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

She was a beautiful person and wonderful friend.
I hadn´t seen Ms. Elnora in more than a few years.
But will cherish the memories of her big smile, kindness, friendship and motherly advice. My sister Diane and I felt love whenever we saw her.
