Gracie Morris Obituary
Gracie worked as the Executive Housekeeper of Morven Stud Farms until her retirement. She loved her church and served as president of the missionary and senior choir, in addition, she dedicated herself to the Deaconess and Willing Workers club, Soup Kitchen, Women's Auxiliary, and the Piedmont District Baptist Association.
She leaves to cherish her memory a son, Terry Tyler and wife, Martha Tyler, of Charlottesville, Va.; a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A walk-through viewing will be held from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at the J. F. Bell Funeral Home Chapel, 108 6th St. N.W.
Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Wake Forest Baptist Church, Scottsville, Va. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Contributions may be made in her name to Wake Forest Baptist Church, 3075 Rolling Rd. Scottsville, VA 24590.
