Joseph Skehan Obituary

Joseph Anthony Skehan, 20, of Fluvanna County died Wednesday, November 14, 2007.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Emily and Robert Skehan.

Survivors include his parents, Tom and Margaret Skehan and one brother, Thomas Skehan Jr., all of Fluvanna; his maternal grandparents, Edward and Sandra Srebalus of Texas; his loving dogs, "Bonnie" and "Neiko"; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.

He was a graduate of Fluvanna High School and currently was a service technician at Jiffy Lube.

A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Saturday, November 17, 2007, at Fox Memorial Baptist Church in Scottsville with the Reverend Randy Golladay officiating. Interment will be private.

The family will greet friends at the church following the service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Charlottesville SPCA, P.O. Box 7047, Charlottesville, VA 22906.

Thacker Brothers Funeral Home of Scottsville is in charge of arrangements.
