Michael Mahanes Obituary

Michael Thurman Mahanes

July 24, 1952 - November 17, 2024

Michael Thurman Mahanes went to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 17, 2024.

Michael is survived by his brothers, Randolph (Joy), David (Tammy); and a sister, Diane (Clay). Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar T. Mahanes and Lila Mahanes Toms.

Michael leaves family who loved spending time with him especially when his mother was alive.

Michael sustained life threatening injuries in a car/moped accident. Services will be private.

Michael, lovingly known as "Big Burger" to his friends would probably say to go to Durty Nelly's Pub and raise a glass in his memory as well as remember him at the annual pig roast.

Rest in peace, dear brother.
