Embraced in the arms of his parents, Luke Wyatt Morin left this world too soon on April 25, 2018. He was born on November 26, 2012, to Hunter Campbell "Cam" Morin and Jill Marie Morin (Lewien). Luke, an extremely loving, witty, creative, carefree, articulate, playful and BRAVE child will be missed by every life he touched and continues to touch through his legacy. He is survived by his parents, his sister, Phebe (age 9); maternal grandparents, James and Cathryn Lewien of Parker, Colo.; paternal grandparents, Hunter and Christine Morin of Fredericksburg, Va., John Willhide of Fredericksburg, Va., and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Luke was welcomed into his new world by many angels who earned their wings before him including his "Gigi": maternal grandmother, Frieda Willhide (Collins) of Fredericksburg, Va.; and great grandparents, Lloyd and Ruth Barby of Beaver, Okla., Clark and Catherine Lewien of Yuma, Colo., Robert and Betty Morin of Orange, Va. and Juanita and Luke Collins (Luke's namesake) of Rock Island, Ill. In lieu of flowers or gifts, Luke's family asks that a donation be made in his honor to fund imperative research for Pediatric DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma).
