Tina Feggans Obituary
Tina Renae Feggans, 50, of Waynesboro, Virginia, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 12, 2021.
Tina was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Margret Carr; maternal grandfather and grandmother, Viola and Lindsay Feggans; father, Frank Carr; mother, Lucy Feggans; two uncles, Lindsay and Richard Feggans; one aunt, Betty Ann Frye; and three cousins, Robert and Antonio Long and Kevin Grace.
Tina Feggans began her life on February 18, 1971, in Charlottesville, Va. She was the oldest and only daughter of four siblings. She was born to the late Frank Carr and Lucy Feggans. Tina's kind, humble, nurturing spirit was noticed by all she met. She always went up and beyond to help anyone in need. Her warm heart, beautiful smile, and glowing skin always brighten any room she entered. She enjoyed attending family gatherings, spending time with her church family at Oak Grove Baptist Restorative Ministries serving as a greeter. Her greatest and proudest moment was witnessing her daughter, Kiera obtain her Masters in Occupational Therapy.
Tina leaves to cherish her loving memories to her husband, Adrian Rohan of Waynesboro, Va.; one daughter, Kiera Rohan of Waynesboro, Va.; four brothers, Kanem and wife, Sabrina Feggans, of Charlottesville, Va., Sidney Feggans of Charlottesville, Va., Daniel and wife, Tish Feggans, of Woodbridge, Va., and Demetri Carr of Greensboro, N.C.; two sisters, Jacqueline Carr-Martinez and husband, Ivan, of Greensboro, N.C., and Nicole Carr of Greensboro, N.C.; stepmother, Philomena Carr of Greensboro, N.C.; mother-in-law, Sharon Rohan; three uncles, three aunts, four brothers-in-law, five additional sisters-in-law, and host of loving relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at Mt. Zion First African Baptist Church, 12 noon, Friday, August 20, 2021.
J.F. Bell Funeral Home will be handling professional services.

Ms. Tina was an amazing person. I always loved chatting with her when I came into her place of work. I was saddened to find out today of her passing. But, I am sure she is in the arms of our Lord. Tina was indeed a beautiful soul. I knew her as a student at CHS. Her kind, sweet gentleness was apparent at that young age. I looked forward to seeing her in the retail stores where she worked. She always greeted me with a welcoming smile, calling me by name and recalling some special time we shared when she was a student. I never forgot her sweetness. Am so saddened to learn of her passing, and know that loving spirit will be missed by so many of her friends and especially by her family. She was so proud of her family. May God comfort you in this tinpme of loss, and may her loving spirit always be with each of you.

So sorry for your loss. I always purposely would chose Tina's line at Sharp Shopper because she was just so pleasant and had a kind spirit that attracted people to her. We will see her in eternal life. Prayers and love to you.

We are really sorry to hear about Tina passing. Like many others, we met Tina as customers at Sharp Shopper. She was always so friendly and had a really kind heart. Whenever we shopped there, we always felt really blessed when Tina was our checker. She always had a kind word and a smile for everyone. She really made our day.
God gave Earth his best when Tina was born and has now taken her home to her reward. She is now at peace.

My prayers are with Tina's Family. I only knew Tina from shopping at Sharp Shoppers, but I always looked forward to seeing her when I was checking out and we would talk. She would always ask me about my Dad and Mom and how everyone was doing. I enjoyed talking to her, she was such a sweet and caring person. I will miss seeing you Tina! We did not personally get to know Tina outside of Sharp Shopper, but just seeing her there over the years and the little engagement we would have while going through checkout was enough for us to know she was a special human being. God Bless the family.

I worked with Tina at sharp shopper for the 6 years I was there. She was always so nice, had a sweet smile and made me laugh :) she will be missed!

Deepest sympathy to the family. Tina and I worked at K-Mart for a couple of years. Then I ran into her working at Sharp Shoppers in Waynesboro. We would always speak to each other. My heart is really saddened but I/we know that God does best.
