ANDREW CICALA JR. AGE: 72 PARSIPPANY Andrew "Andy" Cicala Jr. passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2009 at New York University Hospital in New York. He was 72. Andy was born in Jersey City. He grew up in West New York N.J., he moved to Teaneck for 2years before coming to Parsippany in 1966. Andy served in the United States Army. He was a hairstylist for his family's business, Andy's Beauty Salon in West New York, NJ for over 45 years. Most recently, he enjoyed working in the Real Estate Industry. Andy was a member of St. Christopher R.C. Church. He also was a member of the L.P.P.O.A., & the Sailing Club of Lake Parsippany. He is predeceased by his sister Mildred Abbate. Survivors include his wife Theresa "Terry" (nee- Cangialosi), his children: Andrew J. & his wife Ann Marie of Boonton, Daniel & his wife Michelle of Parsippany, Denise Steere & her husband Kenyon of Pleasant Valley, Pa, Michele Ross & her husband William of Randolph & Lynda Warner & her husband John of Harleysville, Pa & his sister, Anne Egan & her husband Tom of Parsippany. Andy is also survived by his 14 grandchildren. Relatives & friends are invited to attend his Liturgy of Christian Burial to be offered on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 10am at St. Christopher R.C. Church. 1050 Littleton Road, Parsippany. Entombment: Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Visiting hours are on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Par-Troy Funeral Home.
