Bruce D. MacDougall

AGE: 85 •

Bruce D. MacDougall, 85, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2016, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 10am in the Webb Chapel at the Presbyterian Church of Madison, 19 Green Avenue, Madison, NJ.

Son of the late Kenneth and Helen (Berry) MacDougall, Bruce was raised in Madison, NJ. He worked in the family plumbing business, and later with the Madison School District, and was a lifelong member of the Madison Volunteer Fire Department. Bruce was a United States Army veteran, and served in the Korean War.

Bruce is survived by his children: Kenneth (Janet), Karen Dunn, Cheryl (Clifford Armitage), Judy Garrity, Bruce (Caterina), Matthew (Jessica), Kim McCormack (Jack), Bradford Curtis (Susan), Jennifer Todd (Jeff), and Susan Mercurio (Michael); as well as his sister Phyllis MacDougall, 17 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105-9959, or Hospice & Community Care, PO Box 993, Rock Hill, SC 29731.
