Doris Bink Obituary
AGE: 93 • formerly of Lake Parsippany
Doris Marie Bink (nee Kruger), 93, of Wilmington, NC, formerly of Lake Parsippany, died on Monday, Oct. 31, 2011 at The Commons at Brightmore, Wilmington, NC after a brief illness. Doris was born in Woodhaven, NY and lived in Lake Parsippany before moving to Wilmington, NC in 2003. Mrs. Bink was a homemaker who was an active member in the Lutheran Church; Including King of Kings Lutheran Church in Mt. Lakes and Trinity Lutheran Church in Morris Plains.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband John Alden in 2008; also by 2 brothers and a sister. Surviving are her 3 devoted sons, and their wives, John Alden Jr. and Kathy, Robert Charles and Carol, Richard William and Heather; 7 grandchildren John, Kim, Jason, Melissa, Stephanie, Richard and Audrey; 6 great grandchildren Ryan, Zachary, Samantha, Jessica, Alex and Noelle.
A funeral service will be held in the Dancy Funeral Home, 9 Smull Avenue, Caldwell on Friday, Nov. 4th at 11:00am. Family and friends may visit on Thur., Nov. 3 from 5-8 pm. Interment will be held in Restland Memorial Park, E. Hanover. If so desired, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
