remembering all the GOOD times we shared in N.J. and in Maine. Had not seen Gibby in a few years --but kept in touch by letter or computer. I will truly miss her--and will fondly remember her. My best to all the family-- My girls Susan and Nancy send their condolences also.

I remember your mom mostly from my visits to the cabin in Maine. Both she and your dad were the best hostesses and always seemed very happy and wanting those around them to be happy. She lived a very long life and went peacefully but I know there is a void of not having her with her family and friends. My thoughts are with you and your family during this sad time.

Your Mom/grandmother was one of the most wonderful and pleasant people i have ever known. I am privileged to have known her for so many, many years.
With sincere sympathy and love,

Dear Family Buch,
Gib was one amazing and strong woman. She and I often had long conversations and many of
them during times of her illnesses.
It was terribly difficult she explained, to speak to her children about these matters. I certainly empathized with her on these times. I was only so happy to be some who felt she could confide in.
She always had such fun stories and made sure we never left Maine with out her famous Lobster dinners. At least once every time we were in Maine with the kids for vacation. My children adored her. My daughter now has her Grammy to be with her eternally.
Holland was over the moon about her Grammy. She was a real Grand-mothers', Grand-mom.
All the time she devoted to the kids was amazing. I recall when there were passing through for Thanksgiving she would come and cook dinner for us at our home.
And it was a time where I left her to have the kids all to herself for the time she was free.
Perry, had a very special relationship with his Grammy, she was the one who he treasured the time they had alone together.
And I recall once Perry was still in diapers, standing on one leg on the top of his high chair balancing, hands free and swinging the other leg.
Gib caught my attention and pointed to him
she feared that he would fall or she would startle him. So I grabbed him and whisked him to her.
Grammy, Gib, Mom and Thelma so some, but she was the first T.Buch of the family and I became the second, and she was all of this to me.
Gib I will see you in my dreams, take care of our Holland. I know now she is not alone.
I was blessed having her in my life at so many levels. She will be missed. But if I knew her at all, I she will always be watching, guiding and loving just beyond the veil.
Much Love
T. Buch
