Last winter Zach Morfogen took me and my friend Sister Joan Magnetti rscj to a concert at the Four Arts in Palm Beach - when I emailed Sr Joan about Zach's death she wrote "I am heart sick. Zach was such a gentleman. I am so very sorry -- I cherish the long chat we had about life that day" ----
I shall miss Zach indeed - he new my late husband Peter Finnerty and I knew his late wife Marilyn. We had gentle good times in Palm Beach last winter.

I'm very fortunate to have met Mr. Morfogen a couple years ago. I had the pleasure of setting a poem of his, The Art of Caring, to music, and much to my happiness he very much enjoyed the song. I will never forget his infectious passion for artistic expression and his dedication to caring for others.

My condolences to the Morfogen family. Rest in peace, Mr. Morfogen.

We were saddened to hear of Zach's passing. He was a very generous, full of life gentleman. The few times I had the opportunity to meet over the last almost 50 years he always made me feel very welcome and comfortable.

To Paul and Anne-it is always hard to lose a loved one no matter the circumstances. Your families as well all the Morfogen's and Marilyn's family will be in our prayers this week.

The T Group will be missing a special person this week but will also have so many special, funny, happy times to reminisce about.

Rest in peace.

For clarity, we always consider Zach & Marilyn great friends and they were always so gracious, we only used to be kids.

Mary Jane McWilliams will surely be looking forward to greeting Zach upstairs. He and Marilyn were always such great friends of our parents as well as us kids (at least we used to be.) They will both be so missed. Happy Trails.

Dear Anne and Paul--
So sad to hear about the "passing" of your Dad. I know that my parents loved him and thought that he was very creative at the Barn Theater and with his playwriting. When my Mom was writing a "still unpublished memoir," your Dad, Zach--was a mentor--giving my Mom leads as to where to send the book...
I myself would meet your Dad and your Mom on a number of occasions on the Lakeland Bus and at Port of Authority waiting for the bus...We had some interesting conversations during that time...He was a very nice, and thoughtful person who will be missed by all--
And here's a little tid-bit of another connection in addition to Boonton Township: My brother, David Cobrinik and his family have lived at Castle Village Apartment Houses on Cabrini Blvd. in Washington Heights, NY--where I understand your Dad, Zach Morfogan started out...Again, he will be missed--my heart is feeling for you.
