We will miss you Daryne.
I had the pleasure of meeting Daryne at Kroger's, he was always so nice, you couldn't help but smile when he would greet you with a big hello and his beautiful smile –he never forgot your name. He always asked how everyone was - he was so nice. Kroger's is just not the same without him. You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.

I'll miss Daryne so much.
He was a great person, good heart. So sad that he was taken from us. He was an Angel among us. You won't be forgotten and we will always remember you. You showed me no matter how bad it got, you always looked at the bright side and made me smile. You were taken to soon. I will honor you each time I go to Kroger by helping and say hello to someone in your honor.

Words can't express the deep sadness I feel for Daryne's father Andy and the entire Gailey family. I remember when Daryne was first hired at the Lk Orion Kroger store as he and his dad Andy had shared with me when they visited the Oxford Comerica branch office. Andy your pride and deep love for him was very evident. I'm so very sorry for your loss. May the peace of our Lord who surpasses all understand guard your heart and mine.

daryne im glad I got to work with you for almost 2 years,you had a heart of gold you were one of a kind,you loved everybody at work and you were happy with your little girl you loved her so much.work is not the same without you I miss u so much god bless you hun.you both were taken away to soon fly high above the clouds holding your little girl

What a great soul! I am blessed to have met you,known you, coached you, and in your adult years, to have worked with you. Never did we pass without you greeting me, but you acknowledged everyone! Daryne had a heart as big as a house. A loving, kind and gentle soul has left us all with a huge hole in our hearts and the grief and sadness that comes with losing such a quality individual such as Daryne. I've known him and his family since he was in kindergarten. I watched with such gladness as he grew from a very busy, curious little boy into a happy teenager, to a wonderful young man crazy about big trucks and cool hot rods & cars. He loved his job, his big truck and recently the adorable ranch home he was so very proud of. All Daryne ever wanted was to live a happy independent life and unlike many of us, he certainly achieved these goals. The crowning glory for him was marrying Amanda and starting a beautiful family with his sweet baby Charley. In his, all too short of a life, he touched so very many lives. I will always remember his loving hugs, questions about my cars and how my two sons, Trevor & Tanner were doing. His hugs were the best and always made me happy, cared about and loved by one of the most endearing human beings God ever created, my sweet Daryne.

Daryne was a wonderful and friendliest man I have had the pleasure of calling a friend. he would show up at my garage and watch as me and my son worked on our street rods. he was really into it. rest in heavenly peace my friend my family will cherish our friendship.

As I look at your picture's I see a wonderful , kind person with a big heart, I did not know you Daryne there need's to be more people like you in this world, may you and your daughter fly with the Angel's and please look down on us here there is to much evil and pray that God can guide us all in the right direction, your soul and spirit will live on,, RIP

What a wonderful, kind and gentle soul Daryne was. As a frequent customer at the Lake Orion Kroger's, I always looked forward to seeing him. Daryne was truly an asset to the store.....and definitely the best public relations guy any business could have. I was fortunate to visit with him just a few days before his passing, and I recall how happy he seemed as he told me where I could purchase winter tires for my car. He always offered helpful advice. Daryne you are greatly missed, and it will never be the same without you. May you and your precious daughter rest in peace.

You had the best heart and were so helpful. You loved your daughter so much and you were so proud of Charley. You were such a huge presence at your job and the community and you have left such a large hole. You will be missed.

You were truly the most known person in all of lake orion and oxford. Everyday I have at least five customers stop and want to talk about you. you had a presence about you like no other person I have ever met. You are truly missed!!! May you and that sweet baby girl soar with the angels. Rest in peace my friend.
