August 27, 2002 - February 3, 2015
OPELOUSAS - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Bellevue Street Baptist Church in Opelousas, LA for Keyonna Destiny Stephens, 12, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Women's and Children's Hospital in Lafayette, LA.
Interment will be at Serenity Memorial Park Cemetery in Opelousas, LA. Pastor Joel Greene, Jr. officiating.
Keyonna is survived by her parents, Dwayne Poullard, Sr. and Farrah Stephens of Opelousas, LA; four brothers, Sage, Camry, and Daniel Stephens and Dwayne Poullard, Jr. all of Opelousas, LA; four sisters, Taylor Sister, Cambria Stephens, NaKaylnn Poullard and Kaitriana Thomas all of Opelousas, LA; grandparents, Robert and Diane Savoy of Opelousas, LA, and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
Keyonna was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alvin Stephens, Sr., Glen and Norma Lewis and her uncles, Alvin Stephens, Jr.
Visiting hours will be observed from 8:00 AM until 10:45 AM Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Bellevue Street Baptist Church in Opelousas, LA.
