To Hank's family: My deepest condolences to you. Hank was a true "pilots-pilots" and a wonderful human being. Hank and I worked together at OMAC. I was project manager and Hank was hired to run flight test. I know that Hank will continue to Live-It-Up See you later Hank.

To the Beaird Family: I was truely blessed to have known Hank during his time in Reno. His care and concern about my welfare when I broke my leg helped me realize who my real friends were. Thank You Hank for "Livin it up"!

Hank Beaird. You are a legend in the aviation world, but also in this family. I loved you so much, when I was a little girl during Learjet days. You stood out in my memory always, as an example of how great a good man can be. You will be greatly missed.

Dear Roslyn, I was so sorry to hear about Hank's passing. The world has lost a true gentleman. I just know that Hank is in the Big Hangar in the Sky livin' it up with Mah and Daddybill and all his loved ones who have been waiting for him.
Love, Moya

Rosalind, I was so sorry to read about your husband's death. He obviously had a very exciting life. My prayers and sympathy are with you. It's been a very long time since we graduated from Sunset, but I still remember you fondly.

Dear Beaird Family: I am stunned to learn friend Hank is gone. Many memories of his and Roslyn's kindness to me during the Lear Fan era flood back; especially his keen, irreverent sense of humor. Please know that there are many of us who feel priveleged to have shared some time with this down to earth, amazing aviation pioneer. I am sure he, the Ol' man and Moya are now flying together. With love & deepest sympathy.

God's Speed, Uncle Hank. We'll miss you. I remember the stories, and the times we got to go flying when you came to visit. I especially remember the time you came up to show George Peppard a LearJet right after he hit it big with the "Blue Max". Those are great times I'll always cherish. Now, your flying full time! Have fun!

"Live it up" Hank!! So many Super Bowls we've enjoyed, dinners at our home, breakfast at Tiffany's..oops that was Brunch at Denny's, trips to Alabama, not to mention the induction a few years back. How many Lear flights did we all enjoy with Roger doing the test flights. Rich, rich memories will be with Richard and me for the rest of our lives. Lives that were touched and blessed by having known you. You brought us together with so many friends and one last time we will all be together to honor you. Many of us will reunite after many years of not enjoying one another, for one more tribute to the man who knew how to "live it up". We love you Hank. Walk again, fly again, keep on smiling. One last big HUG, Mindy and Richard

Hank will forever be a living aviation legend. His leadership and skill at Learjet, as well as his continued friendship thereafter, have been an extraordinary inspiration in my life. He will now soar with angels for eternity. God bless Roz and her family.

We are so sad for the loss of this amazing man and family friend. The kindness, genuineness, and sincerity with which he treated everyone made you feel special whether he'd known you years or days. I remember my father, Bill Sipprell, speaking of him when I was young as one of the finest men he'd ever known from the years they worked together at Lear Jet. He will be missed by all of us.

I am one of the luck ones. I meet Hank and Roz through friends and realized this man is special and a true contributor to aviation. I could listen to his stories all day. When he told a story it was like it happened yesterday. A gifted man, he will be missed. Special condolences to Roz. Ken & Wendy

Hank was a pilot's pilot. A true legend and great friend. He was one of those special people I was privileged to be close to. He will be truly missed, as aviation has lost one of its very best!

Hank Beaird's contributions to business aviation and aerospace are immeasurable. His flight tests of the Learjet 23, 24 and 25 are historic and made the genius and dream of Bill Lear into one of the most successful, record breaking aircraft in the world today. I admire him for skill, generosity and friendship. Sincerely, Dick Friel
