Lester Walthers

1935 - 2025

Lester Ralph Walthers, 90, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2025. He was born on February 11, 1935, in Olney, Texas. Lester lived a life marked by faith, service, and an unwavering commitment to helping others. Called into ministry early in life, he served as a pastor in numerous churches, sharing the Gospel with kindness, conviction, and a servant's heart. Lester's supreme goals in life were expressed in his life verse; Romans 11:36 "For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen." We thank the Lord for our father, pastor, and friend who faithfully served our Lord and Savior his whole life showing love and compassion to all around him. A Funeral Service is scheduled at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at the Dallas Reformed Baptist Church, located at 2312 Dorrington Dr., Dallas, Texas 75228. Interment will follow at the Crown Hill Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
