She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, William Burnap Jordan III Mrs Jordan is survived by three children: Laura Jordan Sawyer of Greenwich; Dr William Cyrus Jordan of Montpelier, Vt and James Costello Jordan of Waterbury, Vt; three grandchildren: David Jordan Sawyer of NY, NY; Dr Jonathan Nichol Jordan of St Petersburg, Fla; Rebecca Elizabeth Nichol Jordan of Northampton, Mass and one great- grandchild, Katherine Hillary Jordan of St Petersburg, Fla
Prior to Pinehurst, NC, Mrs Jordan resided in Middlebury, Vt, Barrington Hills, Ill and Darien from 1950 to 1973
Services are private Memorial donations be made to the Thiede Fund at Penick Village for the benefit of Penick employees, PO Box 2001, Southern Pines, NC 28388
