Muriel Walker Obituary
Walker, Muriel passed away peacefully at home on May 12, 2013. She was 91 years old. Muriel was the beloved and devoted wife of Robert Barney Walker who died in 1973. She became a loving and much loved mother to Barney's three children who were ages six, twelve and sixteen when she married him in 1956.
She will be missed by her three children Patti, Jeff and Michael, their spouses Tom, Waller and Sallie, her five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, her sister Betty Trivell and brother William Plate.
Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday May 16, 2013 at St John's RC Church 1986 Post Rd., Darien CT 06820. Burial will follow at 1st Congregational Church of Greenwich, 108 Sound Beach, Ave., Old Greenwich, CT 06870. In lieu of flowers, please send contributions to Masonicare Hospice, 535 Connecticut Ave., Norwalk, CT 06854, or a charity meaningful to you.
