Richard C. Bianco
Mr. Richard C. Bianco, 70, of Waynesboro, PA and formerly of Washington, D.C., passed away Monday, December 2, 2024, in his home. Born June 12, 1954, in Darien, CT, he was the son of the late Charles and Marie (Chiappinelli) Bianco.
Richard graduated from Darien High School with the Class of 1972. He later received his Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Political Science from Susquehanna University and earned his Master's Degree in Public Administration from American University.
He and his wife of over 41 years, Milene Ann (Kuperovich) Bianco, were married on November 5, 1983, in Connecticut.
Richard worked as the Regional Vice President of International Sales for Cable and Wireless. He later became an International Business Consultant for The World Bank. Most recently, he was employed as a Mortgage Consultant at PNC Bank.
Rick had a deep faith in Jesus Christ and was a member of Real-Life Church. Rick was considered a gourmet cook by his family and friends. His other interests included politics and international travel.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Isabella Marie Bianco of Waynesboro; three brothers, Charlie Bianco of Flower Mound, TX, his twin Steve Bianco of Grape Vine, TX, and Robert Bianco of Coconut Creek, FL; and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Bianco.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday December 16, 2024, in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services, Monday morning, in the funeral home.
