I admired Allen for his faithful loyal service to Jehovah all his life. I first met Allen at a Circuit Assembly held at the Piqua Armory when we both were just boys, it must have been the late 50´s or early 60´s. Many years later, I was privileged to serve as an assistant under his oversight of the Attendant Dept at a Regional Convention at the Nutter Center. He was a joy to be around and I warmly remember his kindness and his squinty-eyed smile. Now he is safe in Jehovah´s memory until he hears the call and awakens from his sleep. Like Jehovah, we all yearn to see him again.
