Charmaine was a 14 year employee of Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County. She served whole-heartedly and absolutely loved her job, especially working on the Public Health Mobile Unit and Wright State University's One Stop Center. She enjoyed cooking and making everyone try her new recipes :-).
My deepest condolences to the family whom she loved so dearly.
There are no words to express how sad I feel. She will be sorely missed.
