David was a dear cousin. He always had a twinkel in his kind gentle eyes.He always called me 'coz' he was as his dad and uncle, one of the hardest working guys I ever knew. He loved his family, wife, kids, traveling, hunting, creating, camping, and life. He will always remain in my heart, loved to play cards too. All will really miss him for he was greatly loved by all his family, and friends, he will be a bright shining star up there. His birthday was one day apart from mine.God Bless to Michael, D.J. and MAndy. I'm so glad you all were a part of his "two shorten life" He was sp proud of you all of you & loved you all dearly.Bye for now O'l handsome "coz" and may we all be together again some day in the world made anew. valerie (Hamby) Schwind & Steve.

Dave was a good high school and after friend. Dave and I used to hunt a lot in the 60s and 70s. I haven't seen him in a while, but I'll never forget him. Deepest Sympathey, Tom Cassity

MY FIRST MEMORY OF DAVID IS WHEN HE WAS 2 OR 3. HE HAD ON HIS BLACK COWBOY HAT WITH THE STRAP CINCHED TIGHT UNDER HIS CHIN, SIX GUNS WITH HOLSTERS AROUND HIS WAIST AND A RIFLE IN HIS HAND. HE WAS ALL BOY AND SPOILED ROTTEN BY QUIENT AND RUTH. AS A MAN HE HAD A GOOD EGO BUT WASN'T THE SAME SPOILED KID HE HAD BEEN. SOME PEOPLE OF HIS CHILDHOOD NEVER GOT TO KNOW THE DAVID HE BECAME. HE LOVED HIS FAMILY AND HAVING A GOOD TIME AND OFTEN WAS TO GENEROUS TO HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I'M PROUD TO HAVE HAD HIM FOR A COUSIN AND FRIEND. I THOUGHT OF HIM OFTEN WHILE HE WAS ILL AND WILL MISS HIM. I WILL HAVE MY MEMORIES OF HIM ALWAYS. MY HART GOES OUT TO MICHELLE, MANDY AND D J. THEY LOST HIM MUCH TO SOON.

Although we only new Dave for a short while-he was fun to be around.
Good times at VFW 6560 on Friday nights, pitching horse shoes and enjoying a cold one. Our deepest sympathy to you, Michelle and your family.

Uncle David was one of my favorite people. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be able to water ski. Thanks for all the jokes and stories. We made a lot of fun memories. I love you all very much!!!! Brandy
