News Death Notice
PARKER, Debora Ruth Age 53 of West Carrollton passed away Wednesday May 11, 2016. Debora was a member of SouthBrook Christian Church. She worked at UPS in Human Resources. She was preceded in death by her mother Betty (Goolsby) Brainard. Surviving are her 2 sons Michael John Parker, Brian Matthew (Staci Savage) Parker, father Jack Brainard, sisters and brother Danita Beard, Cindy Carter, Patti Smith, Chrystal Reilly, Jill Menke, Curt McAllister and grandson Miles Savage Parker. Services will be Monday May 16, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery Chapel, Dayton, OH with Pastor Jerry Carter officiating. Burial will follow in the cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are asked for SICSA, 2600 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, OH 45419 in Debora's memory. Arrangements in the care of Sanner Funeral Home, West Carrollton.

I knew Debbie when she was a cheerleader at CHS. She was very pretty, down to earth, and was very passionate about high school sports. Her twin, Danita, I'm sure is very devastated :( I always have this memory of her frozen in my mind: I was at Centerville High School stadium, and there were 3,000 people there. Debbie and Debbie Egleston saying, "V-I-C-T-O-R-Y!!!

I still think of Debbie alot I miss her smile and she was so easy to talk to. She was a great friend and I will forever miss her. I hope you boys and your family are doing well.

I was blessed to meet Debbie through my son, Chuck and his wife Bev. Debbie had a very sweet spirit and was so easy to love her. I will miss her and I cherish the times I was with her even through her times in and out of the hospital.
