MaryAnn and Family, It is with a sad heart my family and I extend our thoughts and prayers to you and yours. Fred was a mentor to me for many years and he taught us how to work hard & smart, play hard, and that our customers, our people and the bottom line were the priorities. Many Many great stories and memories we shared over the Marshall years together that I will continue to cherish and pass on as well. Fred was always there for you at anytime with no questions asked whether business or personal. I will miss him as will many others, but his legacy lives in each of us whom he touched along his journey. Thank you my teacher, boss, leader and friend.

Mary-Ann and family,
Fred was a great guy who lived life and enjoyed his work, his friends and family.
I am very happy that I had the privledge of knowing him.
Some say, a man's worth is how many friends he has, if that is true, Fred was a rich man!
My family and I will keep a good thought for all of you.

The best manager I ever worked for. Always fair and caring about his employees. When you came to Fred with a challenge, you could see the wheels in his head turning with every word. Then he would always start his conversation with a positive, give the answer, and finish with a positive. Amazing man. We love you Fred!
