Family-Placed Obituary
KING, Mrs. Jeanette L. age 66 of Dayton departed this life on Friday, February 2, 2007. A graduate of Dunbar High School and Central State University. Jeanette retired from Good Samaritan Hospital as a Lab Technician in 2003. She was a faithful member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. Jeanette was also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and Central State University Alumni Association. Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, former husband and brother. She leaves to cherish her memory, son Mark A. King of Atlanta, GA, daughter, Sonja (Thomas) Barnes of Cincinnati, OH, sister Bertha Anderson and brothers Charles (Frances) Sumlin, Larry (Janice) Harris of Dayton, OH, grandchildren Madison M. King of Birmingham AL, Thomas J. Barnes, Taylor A. Barnes, Trenton J. Barnes and Chquantae Ray of Cincinnati, OH, aunts Gussie Vann and Bessie Sumlin of Dayton, OH; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be 12:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at Shiloh Baptist Church, 3801 Fairbanks Ave. Rev. Timothy Newkirk, Pastor. Rev. Thomas E. Barnes, Eulogist. Interment West Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Services Respectfully Rendered by H.H. Roberts.
