NELSON, Kenneth Age 79 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018. He was preceded in death by his mother, Juliet Nelson-Steele; adoptive mother - Aunt Arlette Walker; four sisters, Mary Jane, Lois, Nellie Carlton, and Gloria J. Moye; and brother, Edward Steele Sr.; He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Patricia; 3 sisters, Rosetta Tann; Juliet Witherspoon, and Annette (Robert) Taylor; children, Adrian, Twana, and Dwight Downey; special nephew, Lester Carlton; and a host of family and friends. Kenny loved to cook and was a faithful Cleveland Browns fan and always had time to tell you about it. He was also a faithful member at Mt. Olivet COGIC Visitation will be 5-7pm Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home, 5555 Philadelphia Dr. Services will be 1pm Friday, July 13, 2018 at Mt. Olivet COGIC, 920 S.
