News Death Notice
ENGLISH, Kylen LL "Bug" age 20, a native of Dayton, went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly July 16, 2011. He left to mourn his death, his father, Bobby L. English, Sr.; a devoted grandmother, Alice English; 4 special aunts, Wanda, Marsha, Barbara and Kim English; 5 special cousins, Scottie, Renate, Jenell, Angie (Mark) & Shelly English; also 9 second cousins whom he cherished, Tracy Wright, Debriah, Marchell, Dachell, Angelo, Khari, Kory, Kassidy & Khloe English; special friends Earl and Elk, and Oran Brown. Funeral service was July 22, 2011 at Shiloh Baptist Church, 3801 Fairbanks Ave. Rev. Timothy Newkirk officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the HOUSE OF WHEAT Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Online condolences may be expressed at [email protected]

Even though i never knew Kylen that well, he had the most incredible voice i've ever heard. I remember when i first met him and i asked him to sing for me and my friend and when i heard him sing "sexy as you wanna be" i knew he truly had something special. i will always remember the times he and sheltt clowned around at hammerjax and his performances. To the family of Kylen English, Kylen was a great person, very special and gifted from what i saw first hand and for that i'm greatful to have known him during the short time i did. Any parent would be blessed to have Kylen as their son, any person would be lucky to have him as their friend and Car'Lisa you should be proud to have had him as your man. Kylen English you will be missed by many. Again, I'm so sorry for your loss. Kylen English just know that although your gone you will never be forgotten and you'll always be truly missed. I never actually knew Kylen on a social level. But I knew him as a kid around dayton. We seen each other a few times goofed around but never got really close. I knew Kylen could sing very well and I idoled his voice. I sing some of his songs all the time. Even before all of this. I could just be cooking dinner and have a moment were I bust out in harmony with myself singing "sexy as you wanna be! you sexier than any girl that I have ever seen....." the whole song in mind. and now its sad that he will never be able to give us his god given talent no longer. Truthfully I've been dreading writing on your wall because I'm still in denial that you're gone. I still think you're gonna call me out the blue or just ride pass my house or something. Every since I got that phone call(tears) I wake up everyday and ask myself everyday "Is he really gone?" Then I jus think about all the memories we shared:) and come to realization that you're in a better place where you can be you and not hurt anymore. I MISS U SO MUCH KYLEN!! :'( I wonder if you can hear me praying at night right along with God and the rest of my Angels. But what hurts me the most is seeing Sheldon so hurt. He really loves you. All I do is replay the last conversation we had and the time me, u, Breeze, Sheldon, Koco, and Tasha had a dance off.
