My heart aches and my spirits are a little low, but I still praise God for knowing Mrs. Louise Thompson and her genuine compassion for others. I will miss her spirit, beautiful smile, peach cobbler(had to say that),kindness and motherly affection she showed me for the last few years. I will miss her sooo much! She was a true lady and her qualities were unmatched. My angel has been taken away but it is so comforting to know that she is with my Heavenly Father. Love you always, your next door neighbor, the daughter you never had (our inside joke). To her sons, Meghan, and other grandchildren, I extend my condolences to all of you and may God continue to hold you through these most difficult times.

Dear Doug & Thompson Family. Please know that you are in our hearts in the loss of your beautiful mother. She was a strong and talented black woman at a time when it wasn't always easy. We also know that she was a wonderful mother/grandmother/great grandmother. And...she was present in the community to make a difference. What a magnificent combination. May she rest in peace and may you always know that you had one of the best. She will remain a blessing in your lives - forever. Love and blessings to you all. Bobby & Margaret Early

Ms. Louise and I always had so much fun cooking in the church's kitchen or over at Ms. Bonner's house. She had a great smile and a wonderful hug. She will be missed. Just remember the joys of Christmas mornings and the gratitude of Thanksgiving Day's dinners. I pray that God gives you all strength, peace, and understanding. Ruth Chapman and Bronce McDonald.
