News Death Notice
SCHWELLER, Ronald "Ron" Joseph age 49 of Beavercreek, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 25, 2011 at his home. He was preceded in death by his infant brother and his father, Eugene Schweller. He is survived by his mother, Gloria L. Schweller; sisters Bonnie Cronin (Russell Brown), Janet (Robert) Mertzman, Pauline Miller, Theresa (Rusty) Fredette, Julia (Randy) Frasure, Mary (Richard) Gray; brothers Bruce (Karen) Schweller & David Schweller; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. He was an Electrical Engineering graduate of WSU and was employed as an engineer at W.P.A.F.B. for over 20 years. He was an active member in golf leagues at Community & Kittyhawk golf courses; other hobbies include bowling and softball. Memorial service will be 7 pm Tuesday, July 5, at MORRIS SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1771 E. Dorothy Lane, Kettering. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm before the service. Graveside at Calvary Cemetery, 10 am Wed., July 6. Condolences may be sent to www.morris-sons.com.

I was very sorry to hear of Ron's passing, he was so much fun to be around such a great laugh. I had to the pleasure of going to school and working with him. Prayers to the family.

Worked with Ron at Bonanza Steak house, attended HS with him. Honestly a fun, good man.Used to ride my bike to his house in their cul-de-sac. Rest in Peace.

Ron and I were work out partners for many years at the base. His personality was just awesome and he was always smiling even when he was working out hard. He got me through many a hard day. I am so sorry to hear this. My deepest sympathy to the entire Schweller family. Ron you will certainly be missed!
