Christmas, the first year after my husband died. Roseann, I dont know how I would have gotten through this life without you. You were the best, best friend a person could want to have.
The last picture I could find of us together when we 79 yrs old and at the Art Show in Fairborn. Glory days.
Thanks for a being my best friend.
I miss you terribly, every day.
I will never forget all the fun.

My Mom and Roseann were best friends since childhood. Theirs was a beautiful friendship spaning a lifetime....The kind of true friendship we all long to have.
They spent days and weeks together, like teenagers at a slumber party, after their families were grown, laughing, taking art classes, traveling, going on adventures, making crafts, shopping, playing games, renting movies, visiting shut in family and friends and just spreading their blessing of such a rare relationship.
If they weren't together, they were on the phone, nightly, watching a favorite television program together, talking only on commercial, as if they were sitting in the same room. They didn't do anything without considering including the other.
As Roseanns' health declined, the phone conversations finally ended and the pandemic kept them apart.
Mom was devastated to find out Roseann was at hospice and was allowed to see her a handful of times, sitting with her best friend for hours in the late evenings, quietly and softly reminiscing , holding and rubbing her hand, never getting any outward sign that her best friend knew she was there. But, I'm sure she knew.
Mom did not get to attend the funeral and has spent weeks gathering these pictures. She wanted me to upload them on this site as a memoir, and I will. This first picture was taken at a train depot, one day after school. Enjoy the show, remembering that love never ends. RIP, Roseann.

My sincere condolences to Vern, Michelle, Tony, Cindy, Julie, Angela, all grandchildren.

Roseanne was my dearest, closest and best friend for 68years.

I immensely, already am missing her laughter, encouraging words, always lifting my spirits. The nightly phone calls , watching our programs together,
The excitement she'd show about fireworks, parades, airshow and festivals, where her favorite thing to do was, look at me, saying,

kuntzie, let's get a funnel cake. Lol...

I especially want to thank Michelle for forwarding me the memorial pamphlet,
as well as, keeping me fully informed, phone call after phone call throughout this time of covid19 when I couldn't be there. I wish I could of been!
Michelle, you'll never know how much that meant to me!

God bless You and all!

Keeping all of you in my prayers!

I Love You Roseanne, I'll seeing you again!

Patricia Kuntzie Tateman

I'll b sharing pictures while reminiscing in all the memories we shared together!

And I have many many memories!
