Dear Akers family, I am sending you love and sympathy. Ruth was a very kind and loving lady. She always had a smile for me, whenever we met. I appreciated her Christian way of life. I know she will be greatly missed, but God will give you His comfort and strength. I am sorry that I will not be able to be with you, this evening. I am on the church board and I have a board meeting, that evening.
