News Death Notice
MATUSZAK, Sr, Thomas J. Age 70 of Trotwood, OH, formerly of Toledo, passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 2 2015 at home. Visitation will be held Friday August 14, 2015 from 3:00pm until 9:00pm where the Roseary will be prayed at 7:00pm in the URBANSKI FUNERAL HOME, A LIFE CELEBRATION HOME, 5055 Secor Road (North of Laskey are) TOLEDO, OH (419) 475-5055. Funeral Service will begin Saturday at 10:00am in the funeral home with the funeral Mass following at 11:00am in REGINA COELI CATHOLIC CHURCH. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. ONLINE CONDOLENCES MAY BE MADE AT www.urbanskifuneralhome.com In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
