To Mother Reid and the Heflin family:
First my condolences, second my apologies as I won't be able to attend the services.
As life long friends and family members by the blood of Christ we share a great and wonderful history. Along the way we've had joy and we've had sorrows. Experience has taught us that God shall allow us to endure death while at the same time bless us with comfort from our reserves of faith.
Mother Reid you have been a blessing to me in ways that you'll never know. You and others in your family and others at Bethesda are all a part of my personal growth and developement into a complete man. As you deal with your personal loss know that you have other sons in the gospel that are praying for you, much as you did for us. I can't speak for everyone but I can speak for me and I want you to know how much I love you and appreciate you.
However much sorrow you are bearing I'm hoping my prayers and love will lift up your heart.
I love you.
