Ruth Linnemeier Obituary
She was born August 21, 1951, in Decatur, Indiana to Rafael R. and Angelita E. (Espinoza) Canales.
Ruth was employed at the Back 40 Junction in Decatur for many years.
She was very talented in painting and enjoyed the arts. Ruth was known to share her talents with many people and was also known for her singing, especially at work.
She is survived by her son, Marcus (Rachel) Linnemeier of Tucson, Arizona; mother, Angelita Canales of Decatur, Indiana; and four sisters, Millie (Daryl) Deaton of Decatur, Indiana, Sally (Mike) Garza of Decatur, Indiana, Debbie (Steve) Boles of Fishers, Indiana; and Lyn (Mark) Brown of Decatur, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Rafael Canales, Jr.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 5th, 2023, at Grace Fellowship in Decatur, 316 N 7th Street Decatur, Indiana.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting financial assistance for the services, checks payable to Marcus Linnemeier or Venmo @Marcus-Linnemeier.
