Anthony GRILLO Obituary

Anthony J. Grillo Age 57 of Park Plaza, died on Thursday, December 13, 2001. Mr. Grillo was president of J.N. Grillo & Sons. He was a 1962 graduate of Salesianum School and attended Goldey Beacom College. He was a sports fan and enjoyed playing golf. He is survived by his wife, Janet V. Grillo; his daughters, Joanne Rosenberg and her husband Michael of New Providence, NJ, Andrea Talley and her husband David of Chadds Ford, PA; and his step daughter, Amy Blithe and her husband Joseph of Newark; his parents, Joseph N. and Anna Grillo, Sr. of Wilmington; his brothers, Domenic S. Grillo of Alexandria, VA, Vincent J. Grillo of Wilmington and Joseph N. Grillo, Jr. of West Chester; his sisters, Johanna M. Gioffre, Marie G. Anzilotti and Nancy Ann Stalloni, all of Wilmington; and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Virginia Grillo. Friends may call on Monday, December 17, 2001 from 7-9 pm at the MCCRERY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 3924 Concord Pike, Talleyville. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, December 18, 2001 at 11 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary R.C. Church, 4701 Weldin Rd., Wilmington. Burial will be in St. Joseph on the Brandywine Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your favorite charity. Letters of condolences may be e-mailed to [email protected]
