Doughten Alberts
Age 40, of Selbyville, DE, formerly of Middletown, DE.
Beverly was born in Wilmington, DE to Merle and Linda Doughten of Selbyville, DE. Beverly was taken by God on March 16, 2007 and was a loving and caring mother to her 3 year old son, Brian Colin Alberts and will be dearly missed by him. She graduated from William Penn High School in 1985 and was an avid football and NASCAR fan. She had a vibrance for life and was a friend to everyone. She worked for Peninsula Eye Surgeons in Salisbury, MD and prior to that for Dr. Allen Tocker in Wilmington, DE, for 7 years.
Beverly is survived by her husband, Walter Alberts; son, Brian Colin Alberts of Selbyville, DE; brother, Merle O. Doughten, Jr. and his wife, Andrea L.; sister, Andrea M. Doughten; niece, Amanda Doughten; nephew, Anthony Doughten and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 21, 2007 from 5 - 7 PM at HASTINGS FUNERAL HOME, Selbyville, DE.
