Sr Watkins (Kecia); daughter of the late Glean&Everlean Fogg; sister of Betty J. Coverdale, the late John H. Fogg, Willard W. Fogg, Calvin Fogg, Dorothy Wheeler, and Margaret Gabbin; 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; also other relatives and friends. She worked as a laborer & bookkeeper. Funeral 6PM Fri.
