Horn
Christopher James Horn, age 33 of West Grove, PA, died Saturday November 24, 2007 in Cape Cod, MA.
Born in Kings Lynn, England, he was a son of John P. Horn of West Grove and the late Anna Dee Horn who died in 2006. Chris was a 1992 graduate of Unionville High School and later of West Chester University where he earned a BA in Communications. He was a talented musician and artist who loved playing the guitar. Chris' smile was contagious, and he made many friends throughout his life.
In addition to his father, survivors include: his maternal grandmother, Elizabeth M. Fisher of Woodbury Heights, NJ; 2 sisters, Amanda E. Horn of Philadelphia, PA, Jennifer Mitchell and her husband, Jon of Brewster, MA; and 1 brother, John A. Horn, his wife, Linda and their sons, Owen and Jagur of Chatham, MA.
A memorial service will be held 2 pm Saturday, December 1, 2007 at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home Inc., (610-444-4116) 250 West State St. Kennett Square, PA 19348. Friends and family may call from 12 noon to 2 pm before the service. Interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, Chris's family has asked that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
