Constance DENNY

Constance S. Denny Constance S. Denny, age 65 of Newark, DE, died Friday, September 14, 2001 of complications at the Christiana Hospital in Newark. Mrs. Denny was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was an avid bridge player and life master, and a longtime volunteer at the Little Sisters of the Poor-Jeanne Jugan Residence. She is survived by her husband, Thomas E. Denny; her 5 children, Kelly Denny Stoops of Bethlehem, PA, Thomas G. Denny of Newark, DE, Susan Denny Brewer of Highland Heights, KY, Judith Denny-Lybbert of West New York, NJ and Constance Denny Riley of St. Louis, MO. Of 11 children, Mrs. Denny is survived by 5 brothers and sisters; and 10 grandchildren. A mass will be offered at 1pm on Monday, September 17, 2001 at the Holy Family R.C. Church located in Newark, DE, where friends may call after 12 noon. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Lupus Foundation of Delaware Valley, 44 W.
