Uncle Frank was a wonderful person, He had many hobbies and interests over the years, including working at the Wilmington and Western Railroad and the British Car Club, with his son Mark who had a Delorian and Frank with this Jaguar. However my favorite all time story is about Frank and the case of Billy Beer. One weekend Frank ran out of beer on a Sunday. At that time beer sales were not allowed in Delaware, but he could have drove to Elkton but instead he drank the case of Billy Beer, If you do not know what Billy Beer is or was, you wouldn't understand this at all. So look it up. I am also attaching a photo of Frank, with my Aunt Linda and Ace.
