Jeanne Langle Stozek

Mrs. Jeanne Langle Stozek, age 61, of Newark, DE, died on Monday, August 7, 2006, at Christiana Hospital.

Jeanne was born on June 7, 1945, and grew up in Franklin Square, NY. The daughter of the late Margaret Hull Langle and Henry Langle, she was a graduate of the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, and was most recently employed as a docent at the Hagley Museum and Library and the Nemours Mansion and Gardens, both in Wilmington. Jeanne was a very special person with many gifts and a spirit that will be truly missed by her family, her friends, and her co-workers with whom she shared so much.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Robert L. Stozek; their 4 children, Michelle S. Anvar of Coventry, RI, Joanna C. Foster of Baltimore, MD, Tory E. Stozek of Bryn Mawr, PA and Brian A. Stozek of San Francisco, CA; sister, Suzanne Langle of Bloomingdale, NJ; 2 grandsons, Andrew T. Foster and Darius L. Anvar; and her dog, Murphy.

Friends may call after 12:30 pm on Friday, August 11, 2006, at the SPICER-MULLIKIN FUNERAL HOME, 121 West Park Place, Newark. A memorial service will follow at 2 pm. The interment will be held privately.
