Service of celebration will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 28 at St. Paul U.A.M.E. Church, 3114 N. Market St., Wilmington, DE. Viewing will be from 9 - 11 a.m.; with formal home going services to follow. Interment in Gracelawn Memorial Park.
