Joanne E. BAKER

Joanne E. Baker Age 53, of Wilmington, DE., passed away on Tuesday July 27, 2004 in Christiana Hospital. Joanne was a purchasing agent with the Christiana Medical Center for 35 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, John T. and June I. (Feese) Baker. Joanne is survived by her sisters, Barbara L. Benoit and her husband Rick of Hillsborough, N.J., and Carol A. Cubeta of Wilm., nephew and niece, Clay and Maggie Benoit, cousins, Thomas Carney, Susan Crane, and Louis George, her adopted family, Akhtar Gilani, Zia and Shahida Khan and their children, Omar, Ahmed, and Amber. Her beloved friend, Javed Gilani, and her aunt, Bessie Buckalew. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday July 31, 2004 at 11:00 AM at the MCCRERY MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 3710 Kirkwood Highway at Duncan Road where friends may call after 10:00 AM.
