John MACNAB Obituary

John Robin MacNab John Robin MacNab, age 55, passed away comfortably after a brief illness on February 22, 2004. He was employed by Wilmington Trust in their IT Dept. Robin was a loving man and was known for lending a helping hand in any situation. He served in Vietnam and was awarded the Bronze Star. Robin was an Eagle Scout and after Vietnam, was proud to be the leader of Boy Scout Troop #99. He is survived by his wife Karen; his daughter, Jill MacNab; and his stepdaughter, Anna Spartz. Robin was preceded in death by his infant son, Jill's twin brother, John Eric MacNab, who died at birth. He is survived by his parents, Jack and Nonie MacNab; his loving sister, Karen; his niece, Kim Krentz; nephews Mickey and Todd Krentz, his wife Jenny and their children, Brandon and Christine. A public service will be held on Thursday, Feb 26 at 11 am at the Presbyterian Church of the Covenant, 503 Duncan Road, Wilmington. A viewing will be held at the church between 10-11 am. Interment will be private immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, 261 Chapman Rd., Newark, DE 19711.
