Age 73 of Wilmington, DE, formerly of Brooklyn, NY, passed away on Friday, June 16, 2006.
Don was a Methodist minister in NY and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. In retirement, he drove a school bus for Ryder Bus Company. Don enjoyed target shooting. He will be remembered for his sense of humor.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Lynn Magno and Leslie Carman; 2 brothers, David and Alan Elliott; and 4 grandchildren, Daniel Magno, Deanna Magno, Denver Magno and Liam Carman.
A service will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, June 29, 2006, at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St., Newport, where visitation will begin at 1:30 pm. Burial will be at sea.
